Sam is a music and event photographer based in Austin Texas. He grew up in the Austin music scene as a singer songwriter and playing in various bands. His love of photography and music eventually blended as he started a career as music photographer. Since then has photographed artists such as Modest Mouse, Nickelback. Dawes, Colbie Callait, Chase Rice, Mark Mcgrath, Sublime, Tanya Tucker and more. His work has been featured in People Magazine, Music Row, Austin Voyage and more. His work experience includes events at SXSW, SXSWEDU, ACL Music Festival, Cattle Country Music Festival, UT Austin, Austin Food and Wine Fest, SIMS Foundation, HAAM, and Austins Puptopia Fest. With over a decade of experience behind the camera, he brings a unique yet familiar perspective to his photographs.
